Megan Moore Joins Beacon Academy

Beacon is proud to announce the appointment of Megan Moore from Queensland, Australia as its new Academic Director.
Megan's role is to develop the curriculum, work with staff and liaise with parents to enhance the teaching and learning at Beacon Academy. Megan will also be teaching ICT to all classes.
This is Megan's first overseas position. She comes to us with a wealth of experience including, eight years of teaching and three years of headship as a Principal in Queensland. She has a passion for mathematics, technology and sport and is committed to the development of teachers into professional practitioners in order to enhance the learning for students.
We welcome Megan into the Beacon family.
